In Sunshine Hotel we have 16 rooms:
- 12 Sunshine Suites
- 1 Honeymoon Suite
- 1 Blue Breeze Suite
- 2 Garden Retreats
In every room you will find a comfortable double/twin bed with large mosquito net, private bathroom with shower and toilet, effective ceiling fan, strong standing fan, small bedside fan, safe deposit box, stone bench covered with cushions, wooden wardrobe, cool ambient lights, spacious balcony or veranda (except garden rooms).
All our rooms are doubles but in the Sunshine Suites it is possibe to add one extra bed. We do not have family or interconnected rooms.
Sunshine Suites
Sunshine Suites are located in 3 bungalows, named: Clove, Cinnamon & Coconut surrounded by tropical garden. There are 4 rooms in each building: two upstairs and two downstairs. Between the bungalows and the sea we have two swiming pools. From most of the rooms you can see the Ocean, from others - the tropical garden. In all our Sunshine Suites you can relax on the comfortable furniture on spacious balconies or verandas. Above you can see some photos of these rooms, no. 33, 34, 35.
Honeymoon Suite
Honeymoon Suite is our most luxurious room. It is located in the separate building, for extra privacy, right on the beach. It has own garden with beach banda and a plunge pool on the veranda. Above you can see some photos of this room: no. 12, 13, 14, 15, 21.
Blue Breeze Suite
Above the Honeymoon Suite (in the same building) we have the Blue Breeze Suite. Equal in size but instead of private garden it has a spacious terrace with comfortable furniture and great view to the Ocean. It also has unique furniture made of 300 year old wood. Above you can see some photos of this room: no. 28, 29.
Garden Retreats
The rooms are a bit at the back, with the view to the gardens. They are nicely designed and comfortable. One has two levels: on the ground floor there is a small "living room" and bathroom, on the first floor there is a bedroom. The other has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom and a small "living room" in between.
ECOndition
Please note that we do not have air conditioning in our rooms. Our hotel is eco-friendly and was specially designed to use the ocean breeze to cool down the rooms (like sultan palaces in the old times).
Internet
We have wireless internet for our guests. It doeas not cover the whole hotel and the best reception is in the restaurant. Please note that it is not very fast and not very reliable.
Restaurant & Bar
We have a restaurant serving wide variety of delicious food, a bar serving wide variety of delicious drinks and a cool and comfortable lounge area where you can relax and chill (and use the interent). We change our menu every day, plus every day we have some specials, so you will not get bored.
Payments
We accept cash (USD, EUR, GBP and Tanzanian Schilings) or credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). Please note that for card payments there is 5% extra charge.
Check in/out times
Check out is at 10:00 am and check in is at 12:30.
